Digital Card Purchase Policy:

All digital cards are non-refundable. By completing the purchase and agreeing to the terms, the transaction is considered final.

• The card/voucher can be used only once.
• Digital vouchers and cards are case-sensitive. Please enter the code exactly as shown.
• Digital vouchers and cards that have been viewed from your account, delivered via email, or sent via mobile SMS are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect from the provider.
• MH Card Store and its affiliates bear no responsibility for incorrect purchases made due to negligence or the entry of false/wrong information, which may lead to damages or losses. By purchasing any digital voucher/card, you acknowledge and agree to indemnify and hold MH Card Store harmless from any liability.
• Once the order is received, MH Card Store is not responsible for any loss or damage to the products purchased through it, nor for any loss or damage the buyer may suffer as a result.

SMS and Notifications:

• Codes and digital products are sent via SMS or through the customer dashboard.
• The company bears no responsibility if the customer enters an incorrect or inactive phone number or email address.
• The company does not guarantee the immediate arrival of SMS messages, as they are linked to telecommunications companies and third parties beyond our control.

Returns or Exchanges:

• Requests are rejected and will not be approved in accordance with rights protection policies.
